Tim Williams

Tim is Bandamonium's Founder. It was a pub visit post band berating the fact that Devon didn't have a Whit Fridays that cause what is today Devon's premier Brass Band Festival. There were way too many barriers and reasons that Bandamonium couldn't happen that made it even more important to Tim that it did.

Tim started playing the Trombone at the tender age of 8 and was lucky enough to be a Trinity Colledge of Music Junior and everything looked rosey on the music side till he discovered Rugby and took a sabbatical for 30 years. Moving to Devon Mrs W  let slip that in the dim & distant past Tim had played Trombone and so the village Silver Band started their persistent campaign of polite persuasion till eventually 8 years ago he relented and took up the trombone again.

A few years later and moving to Bass Trombone it's fair to say Tim will play with whoever asks- please not too far away.....

There remains a tuba in the cupboard.

Craig Boulton

Craig was a late starter to banding, picking up Tenor Horn for the first time ages 17 but has made up for lost time since having played just about every brass seat across a dozen bands in Hertfordshire and London. He founded London Metropolitan Brass with a small group of friends (and long-suffering wife Jenny) in 2013. The organization has been a huge success growing to three bands totalling 100 players. By day, Craig is a senior leader of software engineering teams. In his limited spare time he repairs instruments and indulges his passion of wildlife photography. Craig is a Bandamonium superfan having conducted the Barbarians at Bandamonium 1 and bringing London Metropolitan Brass for Bandamonium 2,3 & 4.

Gregor Spence

Originally from Barnsley, Gregor began playing Eb Bass at age 10 with Seller Youth Band and later enjoyed success with Elland Youth Band, including a 2017 European Youth Championship win. He joined Skelmanthorpe Band in 2016, contributing to several notable contest achievements. In 2018 he moved to Cardiff to study at the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama and soon joined Flowers Band, winning 'Best Basses' at Brass in Concert in 2022 while completing a Distinction-level Masters in Arts Management.

Siobhán Williams (Mrs W)

Siobhán had a strong musical start learning Cello from age 7, Piano aged 12 and Sax aged 14, becoming Principle Cellist for the West Norfolk Jubilee Youth Orchestra for 5 yrs.

This Orchestra had the immense privilege to have had Sir Malcom Arnold as its Patron & performed several concerts conducted by him.

She went on to study Music & Performing Arts at Middlesex Uni.

A brief stint in the Army with the WRAC band at Guildford & touring Germany with a 25 piece soul band finally confirmed that perhaps music wasn't the best future career path.

She is the designer and co founder behind the Bandamonium Brand as being married to Tim (and being the voice of reason) it was perhaps inevitable.

She enjoys creating mad needle felt sculptures in her very limited spare time.
